Spend a day of renewal and re-creation at Cedar Hill Enrichment Center. A Spa for the Spirit Day includes:

Your choice of a full body massage by a Certified Massage Therapist OR a Reiki session by a certified Reiki Practitioner.

An hour of one-on-one spiritual companioning.

An afternoon alone to walk the labyrinth or sit within the meditation areas, write in your journal, browse through a book in the Cedar Hill library, create with clay or pastels in the art studio, meditate by the flowing stream, or rest gently in a rocking chair wrapped in a hand-woven shawl.

A fine vegetarian lunch prepared just for you by the Cedar Hill staff.

When the journey requires solitude and quiet there is no better space than Cedar Hill. Whether your retreat is for one day or a week your needs can be met. Accommodations include: Small guest trailer which is available for overnight or extended stays Accomodations for four in the newly renovated Guesthouse. Two hermitages deep in the woods that offer total seclusion. A lending library Massage/Reiki room, a meditation garden with benches, wooded paths with creek-side benches, a native plant walking tour, and an outdoor labyrinth.

Combines Swedish-style massage with other body healing techniques. Now offering massage appointments on Monday and Wednesday between 9:00am-3:30pm. A Gift Certificate is a welcome way to honor someone you care about. Please iinquire about how you can purchase one.

The language of touch is universal to humankind. This massage is known to improve muscle tone and joint mobility; enhance circulation of blood and lymph; lower blood pressure; calm the nervous system and reduce stress. It helps people to connect to their inner-most selves and creat a more positive self image.

Massage is also known as the art of annointing. This approach to massage not only offers all the benefits of therapeutic massage but also breaks open the meaning of Embodied Spirituality. It reverences the body as sacrament and through compassionate touch transforms the massage from therapy into blessing, the anointing of the human vessel.

Reiki Session

A minimum 60 minute hands-on healing treatment that reduces stress, calms the mind and emotions, and facilitates one's own healing and spiritual growth.
