Organic Farm + Natural Spa = Cedar HIll
Cedar Hill’s campus has the feel of a pastoral organic farm that is delightfully, unexpectedly crossed with a relaxing natural spa. With 9 public buildings spread over 18 acres, the land and the facillities that comprise the retreat center are distinctly engaging. The renovated Barn, the oldest and largest building on the campus, houses most indoor group activities and includes a large, warm gathering area which can be used as a classroom or a meeting room. The Barn is at the heart of the Cedar Hill campus, and overlooks the beautifully landscaped cretan Labyrinth and The Meadow — both popular gathering places for guests and outdoor workshop participants. The Guesthouse, also equipped with its own kitchen, provides space for up to six overnight guests. The Retreat Trailer, which was recently remodeled and updated, offers space for up to two people.

Future Plans
As Cedar Hill looks to the future, plans are underway to build new experimental outbuildings during earthbuilding workshops. The outbuildings will ultimately provide Cedar Hill with more storage and gathering space for visitors and will also serve as an excellent barometer of what is possible for the face of Cedar Hill's campus in terms of building with these natural materials. These new building techniques could prove to be a major enhancement to Cedar Hill’s campus, and will lead the way for future changes as well.
